We want you happy - that's the whole point of our business, contributing for happiness and making occasions memorable. That's why we want to keep things as simple as possible whenever a customer may appear dissatisfied with our delivery. We make any effort to assure the highest quality of our art creations, enabling you to trace along the creation path. Nonetheless, in an unfortunate case where you may be unhappy with our product, you may return your purchased artwork to us within 10 business days from the delivery date, for any reason, and you'll receive a full refund of your money.  
Since handling and shipping fees are already integrated in the price for North American customers, then you'll have to incur only the cost of shipping the product back to us if your residence is in the continental US or in Canada. For those of our clients outside the US and Canada, the handling and shipping fees are added to our price, and we are unable to cover for the cost of shipping and handling the product to you.

In such a case, or if the product will appear to be damaged upon delivery, please fill in the return order form, before returning the product to us. Immediately following the receipt of your return order, we'll email to you an RMA number, which we request from you to indicate on the returned product packaging. This RMA number will enable us to easily identify the returned merchandise and to refund you with the full amount of your purchase.
